A card is required to hold every appointment. This card may be charged according to the policies below.

Please Arrive on Time

To keep our barbers on schedule for all our clients, we can only hold appointments for an eight (8) minute grace period after your appointment time. If you arrive later than that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. This policy helps ensure that the rest of our guests are not affected by individual delays.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans can change, but we require you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will not be charged.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee.

No Shows

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any future appointments for customers who do not show up for their scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service booked.
